This privacy policy applies to the sendoc app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by sendoc (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Authentication

sendoc offers a range of authentication methods such as, Email and Password based which can be individually enabled/disabled for an account.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application.
When you choose to delete your account, we understand that it's a significant decision. To ensure the security and integrity of your data, we have implemented a 7-day waiting period before your account and all associated data are permanently deleted from our systems. During this period, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible to you and others. If you change your mind within these 7 days, you can easily restore your account by logging back in. After the 7-day period, your account and all data associated with it will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered. This process helps prevent accidental deletions and ensures that you have ample time to reconsider your decision.

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
